December 2007
and January 2008 - We
stayed
at Billabong Cottage twice over 2 weeks – on our way to Byron Bay
and on our return to Sydney via motorcycle. We were
pleasantly surprised when we first stayed and so relieved to be
coming “home” after a wet 3 day ride on our return. The
welcome by Denise and Brian is warm and friendly, the atmosphere –
one of attention to detail with every need catered for, a perfect
balance of great customer service with run of the house and
privacy, pre-dinner snacks in the bedroom, delicious 3 course
dinners, and great breakfasts. Denise
obviously loves not only her home but also being a gracious hostess
for her B&B. She was great company and we definitely
recommend Billabong B&B. We’ll be back! Maria

2007 - We found Billabong Cottage to be a very welcoming and
beautiful place to reside for a night. Denise and Brian
have done a fabulous job renovating and we give much credit to you
both. Only wish we could stay longer but am sure we

2007: "The Blue Room is my favorite! Billabong Cottage is really
pretty and peaceful and our hosts extremely accommodating to our
needs. The beds are so comfy I didn't think I would ever get my
partner to leave. Evenings out on the deck sipping champagne and
oysters while watching the flying foxes with a torch was such a
delightful escape from the hurly burly of the city. Forster has
some great shopping and there is a beautiful bush walk at
Sullivan's Picnic spot, we will definitely be back for more."

the morning was a perfect follow up to that lovely
